"Order was right and packed really well"
At first I was a little annoyed because it took longer than I expected, but once it showed up, I was relieved. Everything I ordered was there, and the bottles were packed safely with no issues. So yeah, the wait wasn’t ideal, but in the end I’m happy with it.

"way too pricey for what you get"
i checked a few other shops before ordering, and this one was already more expensive even before shipping got added. it just felt like i was paying extra for no real benefit. not really worth it for me...

"Replies took a bit, from what I remember"
I don’t remember every detail of the back-and-forth, but the main thing that stuck with me was that replies were kind of slow. They did get back to me eventually and answered what I needed, so it worked out in the end.

"Everything I Wanted Was Out of Stock"
I was frustrated using this site. At first it looked like they had a decent wine selection, but once I actually started clicking around, almost everything I wanted was either out of stock or not available to ship. What made it more annoying was that there didn’t seem to be any real person to talk to for help, just the usual automated stuff. It felt like a waste of time.

"Shipping was slow and kinda unreliable"
My order took way longer to arrive than I was expecting, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I kept checking it myself but it felt like no one really knew where the package was or when it was actually coming.
I order wine online because I want it to show up when they say it will, not have to chase it around. For me this just wasn’t reliable, so I probably wouldn’t order from them again
